Here is what I am looking for:
Yellow Page Scraper:
Step 1. People Login to the site. When they login the server checks to ensure their license is still authorized and they get access. If there license is no longer valid then they are taken to a page where they can renew their membership.
Step 2. Once logged into the system they are sent to a single page where they select the country they want to use the scraper with.
Each country will have the flag representing that country.
The scraper must be able to scrape the US, Canada, Australia, Europe
Step 3. Once a country is selected a box will appear that will allow them to enter a keyword and the city/state/province they want to search. For example:
Step 4. Once they hit enter, the software will go through a proxy and find their results. While the results are being found, an ad will pop up offering a product. The ads must be able to be rotated between 3 different ads and I have to have the ability to change the ad at a central dashboard and “push” it to every copy of the software.
The software needs to scrape all available data from the yellow pages. Address, phone number, email address, website, type of business, etc.
Step 5. Once the results are pulled an image will show displaying the total amount of leads collected and a box will appear asking them where they want the results emails.
The results need to come in a CSV file and broken down in each column. For example
Business Name Address Phone Number Website Email Address
Step 6. Once they hit submit their CSV file will be emailed directly to them and their email address will be added to an Aweber list that I provide for you.
Things this web based software MUST have.
- The ability to go through a private proxy server to ensure that the IP isn’t blocked from the yellow pages.
- The ability to scrape data from the US, UK, AUS, Canada, and any other countries we can.
- The ability to display advertisements while data is being scraped and the ability to change the advertisements quickly in a central location.
- The ability to license the software to an individual user on a monthly, yearly, and lifetime license and check each time someone log-ins to ensure they are paid.
- The ability to autofill the “what” category with popular searches from the yellow pages or major categories
- The ability to display the total number of results pulled from the yellow pages and then email them directly to the customer
- The ability to keep track of the last 3 searches each person has used.
- The ability to throttle the number of searches in a set period of time to ensure we do not get blacklisted or banned by the Yellow Pages.
What we need from you
- You MUST be able to stay in contact after the contract is over to make changes to the program if the yellow pages updates, etc. Do not apply if you plan on never responding to me once the contract is done.
- Provide all of your contact details (Skype, Facebook, Email, Phone Number, Blog, Home Address).
- The source code once everything is done.
