Website CMS Redesign / Converstion

We are looking to hire a web developer who can mirror our current website that is making use of ASP into a Drupal, Jooma! or another content management system of your suggestion. The CMS system must be: 1. Open Source 2. Actively developed 3. Suppor ACL 4. Support multiple language pages in both front and back end. 5. Support SEO friendly URL, meta tags, etc. Your services would be inclusive to fully convert our current ASP site to the new CMS for all aspects of the site. The re-design would be hoted on our server but the domain name will not be updated until project acceptance. Your proposal should include: 1. Which CMS system you suggest and why. 2. Your project team and relevant experiences. 3. Your time line to complete the work. 4. Your quality control system to ensure no errors, omissions, etc. 5. Your hourly rate for further design work post project completion. 6. List of references for similar work completed or in development. 7. Any sections, features, etc of our current site that CANNOT be converted into the new CMS. 8. All coding and design services to create any an all templates, Databases, etc. 9. Your experience and expertise as it relates to design and programming of a website the is SEO! Value added - Please include as an additional cost to your base price the following (DO NOT INCLUDE IN YOUR FORMAL BID): 1. Any suggestions or enhancements you would like to make to our current site. Please include a short narrative or other supporting information to help understand your ideas. Any custom coding or style sheets must be compliant to current web standards and will be verified prior to acceptance. All work related to this project at all times will be the our property unless otherwise agreed. This includes, content, images, code, etc. Your proposal should include a handover / training section to be completed via skype or other video conferencing system.
