45815 Website & script modifications

I am seeking a professional website designer to redesign the graphics of http://www.liveoperatoronline.com. In addition to a revamp of the graphics, I would like to make some minor changes to the live chat script (PHP Based). The changes are merely to brand our company name within the program and to alter some of the color schemes the end users would see. This would be pretty basic and would not require a complete redesign. This project has the following requirements: -Overhaul the header area. The current design does not commpliment a live chat theme. Ideally I would like to have the rining of a phone that is followed with the flashing of an operator on the screen (header area). This can be done from scratch or you can work within the existing flash file. -Add an FAQ tab at the top of the site (Already present but the link is only at the bottom of the site)Graphics would be added to this page with some flash -I would like to be able to offer screen shots of the program that could be linked to from the main page. - Overall I would like to add about 3 more pages (The shell of the pages would be all that is required. I would add the content) -I would like the shopping cart to be completely redone so that its appearance is much more professional and includes more content and graphics (again, i would handle the content) -On the about us page (to the right) there is a blank space that I would like to fill with text and graphics. This is only the first phase of the redesign. I am looking to establish an ongoing relationship with a professional designer that can update the site on a continous basis. This would eventually include other sites I am in the process of purchasing.
