Wordpress script to get 2nd language menu

HI, I need a small script for wordpress to select a custom menu a second language.
My site in development is at [url removed, login to view]~unibel/ at the end I have a selection to choose between "Nederlands" and "Français" by default it loads the Nederalnds version. But When one selects the Francais version. I want a new top menu. with other words and link it to the french version of the site.
So, I need a way to when select option 1 it goes to menu 1 if select option2 it needs to go to Display number 2
The theme is custom but based on twentytwelve. Small budget only 25$ if possible.
