Wordpress Website

We are building 2 websites. The first site: is a Woo Themes template and only requires minor changes. - Logo size made bigger - Menu styling changed - Footer coded in HTML - Eway payment gateway introduced via (shopperpress) - & a sales table to be installed or designed (see my other project for this) The second site: website that uses the Wordpress realtorpress [login to view URL] theme but i also want to merge host the coupon, classified, business directory plugins on the same server within the same domain. VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! + its very important that 1 username and password will give the access to all the areas of the site. + On the launch of the site I want lots of data already in the site I would like a scraper built that uploads the listing including photos and contact details and automatically deletes it after 21 days. + I have in a excel database over 7.1 Million phone numbers and addresses and want to create a database where people can enter a phone number and get an address in return. (reverse phone book) + We will need to create the following Main sections of the site with custom fields format the plugin. [login to view URL] ------------------------------ Real Estate: Residential + Commercial + Holiday For Sale & For Lease ------------------------------- Cars Motorbikes Trucks Boats ------------------------------ General Classified pages and fields ------------------------------ Business Service directory (Australia Wide) with video upload capabilitly ------------------------------ Essentially all of these are using the same plugins and payment gateway there are just different looking pages where people enter the data and view the listings. ++++ It would be nice to be able to offer the Auction component on the real estate and motor vehicle parts of the site. +++++ This has to be set up for Australia only at this point in time so all the maps + postcodes will need to be supplied by you or obtained by you. You must be able to speak very very very good english and be able to start ASAP. I believe this is a very small project because we are using themes and plugins you will have to be creative in making them all work together as one. It would be a benefit if you already own The PremiumPress suite and had experience with it.
