I'm looking for someone to write a program to solve a variant of the game Chinese Poker. Knowledge of poker or at least the rankings of poker hands will be helpful in taking on this task.

You can find some basic information and rules about the game [here][1].

The variant I'm interested in is played with a deuce-to-seven lowball hand as the middle hand. You can find hand rankings for deuce-to-seven [here.][2] There are no royalties or bonuses in this variant of the game. Winning two out of three hands against an opponent scores two points and winning all three hands scores four points.

A piece of software exists that solves the normal version of the game. It is available [here.][3] I will provide a registered copy of this software for your use on this project. I would like the program you write to be very similar to the 'analysis' feature of the one linked above, but it should evaluate hands for the lowball variant of the game. The program should:

- Deal out a random 13 card hand to the user in a graphical interface

- Allow the user to set the cards into three hands (front, middle, and back)

- Evaluate the user's play

- Show the user the optimal (correct) way to play the hand

- Allow the user to input any 13 card hand and have the program evaluate the proper play

*EDIT* To clear up some confusion, this program is not intended to be used over the Internet or used by multiple players at once. I am just looking for a tool I can use to analyze this game. If you have any questions, please ask.
