This project entails taking already produced candlestick code from bidder owned module ([[url removed, login to view]][1]) in vb and cpp centered around the financial markets. You will separate candle codes into those that are bullish and bearish, and adding a fuzzy logic controller or fuzzification that will utilize the candle code to generate buy,sell, hold signals as zero lag indicators when applied historical time series data. This data shall be presented to you as databases of csv, mdb, and sql flat files, and examples of existing database files will be sent to you. This project will require you to make small gui interface as standalone windows program and callable dll library. The Standalone program should be capable of embedded browser to allow one to point the program to a file folder of MS access, CSV, or Sql files. The program should allow for automatic unattended failsafe batch mode function. The program shall generate a report in rtf, .xls, and html format . The strongest bullish symbols should be ranked at top of report. The bearish symbols at the [url removed, login to view] proggy should be able to go thru thousands of files without shutdown. It should error log any faults and move on. The final reporting module should show End of day, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly time frame compressions as results . Those with all timeframes showing bullish candle pattern being highest position in ranking and visa versa for all frames showing bearish candle patterns.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
