Outlook Plugin .NET(repost)

We are a small start-up from the Netherlands. Currently we have online software for sending sms messages to contacts and groups. We want to combine our online SMS application with outlook. Therefore we need an Outlook plugin written in Visual Basic .Net or C++ .net ## Deliverables The plugin has to have the following functions: -Synchronize Outlook contacts with our web application (send updates over HTTP request) -Synchronize the Outlook calendar with the calendar in our web application (send updates over HTTP Request) -Add button “send sms?? in main window: -Buttons opens a new SMS window -Select contacts for the sms from the existing contacts, or enter phonenumber -Type message -Send through HTTP request to server -Add button Send sms when adding new appointment to the Outlook calendar. An sms message will be send to all participators of the appointment x minutes before the appointment takes place. Send appointment data to our server using HTTP request. -Possibility to edit the text used in the sms. -Possibility to change the time in advance the sms has to be send. -Options tab in Outlook in order to enter preferences: -Standard appointment sms text -Username -Password -Compatible with Outlook 2000, 2003 as well as Outlook express -We want the source code as an Visual Studio project file -Installation program for the plugin 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
