Video submitter software

This is a very easy project and I am looking for a smart programmer to develop software to be like the one as tubemougle uses. I would like all of the features of tubemougle's Gold Membership level. But want to get the results I want the inter face to be more rounded and sleek. I basically want the software that they have but with a slight different look, a better look. I should be able to choose if to send video and description to video, podcast and social? bookmaking websites by checking or un-checking a box under icons. I should be able to have a feature to choose if the video should be uploaded to these sites once or multiple times. The multiple features will submit this same video 1,2,3,4 or 5 time one week apart. And able to spin the title, description and the tags. like in this video: [login to view URL] TAGS:With and without commas Description:200 characters max ? Also want it to submit to top 25 PODCAST directories. Also want it to submit to top 25 RSS directories. I would appreciate if you could send me a list of the softwares which you have developed previously when you bid for the project
