My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.4.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers.
I want the following changes:
1. Home page:

Currently under the posts, the category and "write comment" are blue links. When you hover on the link, the links are black. I want the hover color to be red #FF4B33
