Create post from MySQL table in Word Press

I need someone to create a Plugin for Wordpress. Plugin suppose to import from MySQL table data for the posting and categories. There are the details. Table1 with fields: PostID, Category, SubCategory, PostName, PostContent When i start the plugin, it suppose to create Categories and Subcategories as listed in Table 1, and Postings with Name (Postname) and content from PostContent fielld of Table1 + Category, SubCategory, PostName. Any additional ideas for customization of the content of the postings and structure of categories are welcome. May be this link - [login to view URL] will help too.
