Wordpress Theme Customisation

We are about to launch a new Wordpress site and would like some custom work done on our theme.

The changes are

1. insert a 460x60px banner under top right search bar.

2. insert a text link under Search button called Advanced Search with a hover effect (underline)

3. Restyle the nav menu:

a. include a "home icon" on the left side

b. restyle text so that the "by" and "add" is set to lowercase, italics

c. restyle menu to maintain appearance and hover effect to 4 tiers down

4. Design and style the newsletter subscription box (for simple mailchimp subscription plugin)

5. Code 4 125x125 advertising blocks in sidebar (2x2 grid) and style to suit

6. Restyle "read more" to include a button image

7. on "Listing Page"

a. restyle text in right sidebar, "Address", "Time" and "Phone" to be like the "website" text ie bold, with colour.

b. add the text "Follow Us" above the twitter and facebook links- restyle to include 32x32px icons instead, and style to suit.

All of these changes will need to be commented and logged and must be compliant with best practices.

I just want to clarify that I think that these are very very simple customisations for a talented html/css programmer, and should barely take an hour. As such, I will only award to bids less than $50.
