We need a simply styled website. We are in the process of getting these re-stylized. For now, use a placeholder logo or name. Our colors have been red, white, and blue. I see no need to change this. The degree of each and tint are open to change.
The pages I require:
Home- simple, but unique and pleasing to the eye. No featured properties, but like the homepage photos on our existing website in a slider on the new site. No group picture on sidebar. Maybe a footer or sidebar with a feed from the latest news page.

Submenus include- tenant rep, seller representation, buyer representation
Brokers- Four bio sub pages or posts
Latest News- blog page that works with twitter
Contact Us- probably just an email link unless there is good reason to do a contact form box.
