The project:
I need a community-based coupon website where people can come in and login like a message board and post rebate/coupon codes found in and around their area. Unlike most coupon websites out there, I want people to be able to trade physical coupons. Therefore, an option to search coupons by area code must be present (USPS provides a list of all zip-codes and cities, you will also need to add geolocations for searchability reasons so people can search, 1-mile, 5-miles, etc. serach options). Once a person registers with the website, they will be able to reach their control panel where they can upload a coupon, or make a post.
Requirements:
1. All design must be done in CSS. In other words, no use of the HTML table, tr, th, or td tags permitted---please visit [url removed, login to view] if you're curious on how this is done.
2. All database work must be MySQL Version 5+
3. Coding must be PHP 5.0
4. Your website must pass the W3C XHTML, CSS validation checker with NO ERRORS
