Simple Restaurant Server

Hello I want to build a server for a restaurant. This will serve as the back end for a mobile application. I'm a developer my self and I will do the mobile app itself but need someone to take care of the server side. Here is the requirements, 1) The mobile app will send http requests to the server and get a JSON or XML responses (I prefer JSON). The possible requests are; a) Get ads. This would be a list of images each with a string as the description. b) Get menu. The would be the menu (JSON array for example). each item has (name, description, price, small image, category) c) Get near locations. I will send the current (x,y) location of the device and the server should return the list of locations sorted by distance to (x,y). If this is hard for you, you can just send the complete list of locations and I will take care of sorting them relative to (x,y). each location would be (name, x position, y position, address, small image). d) The app will send a reservation request and the server should make the reservation (date, time, # people, location) e) The app will send an order request and the server should place the order (you can think of the best format for the order that will match your design. I'm thinking of a list of numbers with the indexes of the items in the menu with a comment for each item) Beside responding to the requests from the mobile app. There should be a facility for changing the menu, locations and everything on the server side. May be a small web page or Java program that would be running on the manager's machine at the restaurant. So in general we have 3 main parts 1) Android and IPhone mobile apps. I will do them. 2) Server side. This should be a machine in one of the restaurants. (you will do this) 3) Client side. This would be running on the manager's machine at each restaurant. This is for receiving the orders and if has the right privilege change the ads, the menu and the locations. (Also you will take care of that :). you are free to use whatever tools or languages you want as long as you will respond to my HTTP requests and some windows are there to get the orders and the reservations and change the ads and so. The server could be a Linux or a windows machine (choose whatever easier for you) Thanks
