small PHP job

PHP/CSS Website work I look for someone helping do a small website modifycation. This is the website: [url removed, login to view] General requirement: 1) all codes delivered (including the current code) has to be clean, neat and professionally commented, no useless codes/files should be kept in the final deliverables. 2) the final coder must pay extreme attention to the CSS files. We paid great attention so the current CSS is clean and clear. Please comment all CSS. What does this project include: 1. Change the main navigational image buttons into CSS buttons (you should not use any images); There must be distinct active/hover styles, and all implemented exclusively through CSS, all styles must match the website overall color scheme. 2. [url removed, login to view]: each of the three tabs need to be formatted so each tab has a different color/style, thus increasing user-friendliness; NOTE: 1. Upon bidding on this project, the coder MUST agree to fine adjust the colors if we are not satisfied with the result; 2. Upon completion of the project, beside uploading the files to the server we provide, the coder agrees to upload ONLY the files (s)he modified onto the RAC website;

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
