The project consists of 3 parts:

1) Determining why image hypertext links flicker when the cursor moves across them (it does this when on the web server, but not when previewed from the attached files on my own computer). This applies to the 3 template files [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and subpage2.html. All 3 files use the same css style sheets. The problem can be viewed by going to <[url removed, login to view]>.

2) Modifying the attached Wordpress Theme ([url removed, login to view]) to give it the same look and feel as the attached website page [url removed, login to view] from a colour, header and navigation point of view. The page should have the same header and menu bar as subpage2.html. The content of the page should have a layout similar to the attached Wordpress coffee_cup Theme, adjusted to the width, and colour scheme of subpage2.html.

3) Adding a Worpress RSS feed to the file homepage.html. The feed should be below the "Check Out The Blog" graphic (currently occupied by default latin text-which is to be removed). The feed should show minimum date and subject of posting. Only the latest posting is required. The entire posting should not be displayed.

Note that the website and Wordpress blog will be on the same server but in different directories. The website will be located at [url removed, login to view] whereas the blog will be located at [url removed, login to view]

All images have been attached. No graphic design work is required.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional webpage and stylesheet files for the 3 webpages provided ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]) as well as complete source code of all work done, in a form ready for ftp upload to the web server. All 3 files are to be corrected for the current flickering of graphic links. In addition, the file [url removed, login to view] is to be modified to add the RSS blog feed.

2) Complete and fully-functional Wordpress PHP files and stylesheet files for the modified theme as well as complete source code of all work done, in a form ready for ftp upload to the web server. The new theme is to be called "Better Than A Job" and shall include all files necessary, and be fully compatible to use the Wordpress Control Panel to switch themes. The [url removed, login to view] file and final blog site are to be free of the flickering problem of graphic links associated with the website templates (see item 1 above).

3) All code to be XHTML 1.0 Transitional and fully verified using the W3C validation tool at <[url removed, login to view]>.

4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. and Canadian Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
