Hello, We believe you need an app which will function automatically with emails. It can be done with Xamarin as well which is a paid software and also uses original sdk of android and iOS. Moreover, the native apps will be expensive and time consuming. We have developed apps before using hybrid technology which absolutely runs smoothly. We can show some of the examples for reference.
