Add custom functionality to WooCommerce site

We need to add two custom functions to an existing WooCommerce site. Both must be achieved through PHP/HTML/CSS coding in the child theme without the use of plugins.
1. When a product is out of stock, a "CONTACT" button should show where the "ADD TO CART" button previously appeared. This button will link to a popup containing an existing contact form (Contact Form 7). Ideally, the subject in the contact form should be automatically populated with the name of the product on the source page, e.g. "SUBJECT: I'm interested in *Product Name*"
2. On grouped products, replace the quantity selector with a simple checkbox that operates independently of the "Item is sold individually" function. The box should be grayed out and not selectable when the product is out of stock.
