Admin script for OScommerce store - deleting old unwanted data. - open to bidding

Need a small php script to add to the admin of my oscommerce based store or set up as cron job that will delete old customer information (older than 6 month for example) for unregistered customers only.
Information that needs deleting is across a number of tables - it would be helpful if the developer knows Oscommerce so they can identify the info that need removing.
