I have created such an application recently and all it's features were made by me personally, like playing live streams and movies, parental-control (the whole algorithm was made by me from the scratch) and login. I cannot create the server, if you don't have one, you should find someone else to do it. I can do this application for you, but only the android version. The only thing I need from you is the url (link) to the server that should return a json, or an xml with the list of movies, channels and tv shows. I will do this fast for you because I already know how to do it. The client was very satisfied by my work, and now he wants to hire me again for other applications.
