Apply Magento Patches 5994, 6788, 6482, 7405 to website

Hi there We would like someone to help apply the above patches to a clients website of ours, we've tried applying 5994 and 6788, but we get error messages (see below) also in our applied patches file it seems 5994 might of been partially installed (see below).
