Assessment Database that is integrateable with Microsoft OneNote, Word and Powerpoint

Create a database which the author can add any form of media eg word document, scanned images which can be converted to text, images, videos and used to assess a student in various forms. The main format initially would be as a MCQ (multiple choice question). The test Author should be able to: 1. Enter question content for a multiple choice into the system for it to be stored in a database 2. There are 3 different question types a. Multiple choice with text choices b. Multiple choice with image choices c. Multiple choice with video choices 3. Associate each question type with a scenario that is described in text or an image 4. Add metadata to the questions in the following structure a. Date b. Topic c. Subject d. Learning objective e. Source f. Difficulty g. Type (learning activity or assessment) 5. Filter from the question bank based on the metadata 6. From filtered questions (or question groups if associated with a scenario) can select from those which are required to add to an assessment 7. Can change the order of the questions in an assesment. 8. Can publish the assessment as a word doc or pdf 9. Later can be published as assessments / testing - Online assessment with timing - Online tracking and feedback to be provided. - Can use as a teaching tool where the teacher can open in a tool like OneNote & record notes and audio as a teaching experience
