Auto fill website with preset details

Background, my office is located very far from the main server and it take lots of time inputting tickets. So I need a program that is smart enough to run on it own after I enter what I had done for the day. Your program must be smart enough to do the following: Work in a HTTPS environment (servicenow) - On a Windows based program, I type down a impacted user, service item, service type and work log and it will store those information on the PC. At the end of the day after all the enquires had been populated, it will detect on the webpage (servicenow) and fill in those data with each entry having a pause of 5 seconds to the server. It must have the ability to add and remove any entries above. It will then save the entry. - It will click on resolved button and fill in service item and service type with a few preset resolution statements. - close a ticket automatically after resolving with a preset message and go to the next recorded ticket. - it must be able to store at least 100 tickets so all this can be processed at the end of the day.
