Ad Blocker Detection/Prevention/Denial Script on Free Ad Based Website

Im looking for someone who understands Javascript (or the best language) to detect and "block" AdBlock and other ad blockers. I run a live beach camera website, which is a free service. I run many advertisements to afford the bandwidth so I need the ads to pay. the Website is [login to view URL] I saw on a few similar websites that they have a pretty simple solution.(screenshot attached) This is the approach I would like to take. [login to view URL] with Ad Blocker loads website. [login to view URL] goes to live camera page (with live camera player) 3. Auto Detection pops up and displays message similar to "Ad Blocker Detected 4. Message displays where the camera usually is. 5. We rely on advertising to keep our cameras running. Please disable your ad blocker, or whitelist this website to view our cams." 6. User is then forced to either whitelist website or turn off ad blocker software. Attached are a few examples of what I am trying to achieve. Also, I found a few links with pre-written scripts to do the job. Here is one of them. [login to view URL] I run a joomla 3.3.6 cms and would like this simple script to work with this content management system. Simply looking for someone that understands joomla and javascript to add this link and make this work. Not trying to spend a ton of money, but understand fair work ethic. Please quote me on this.
