I have vast experience building Windows bots like this one. I can build a Windows bot that could access a MySQL database, retrieve the links, visit the profiles through a built in browser or use an API call to get the needed information (depending on what is easier for each network) and then record the results back to the MySQL database. Of course, it could also use .csv files as input and output if you prefer freelancers not accessing your database. The bot could also support access to rotating proxies for safer scraping that would allow you to get the data using vast pools of IPs.
