I need a custom calculator to be built. The visitor will be able to input some details about house equipment and come up with a yearly maintenance quotation. The visitor will be asked to fill up various fields (1to10, dropdown list etc). Using specific formulas, the calculator will calculate the coverage fee and some other numbers and present them in a well designed way. I need to be able to edit or add fields, field types and formulas. The calculator should be able to work in wordpress. Attaching an excel file with all the fields, formulas and results. Final quotations must appear on the same page and the visitor will have to option to print them, export them in pdf or email them. An email notification with all the details should be sent to the website admin each time a quotation is generated.
