Build an Online Store

Basically I want the module show a text box and the 'check' button of the product page. In this button the user should enter their pin code. When they press the check button, the entered PIN/ZIP Code should be checked with the list of PIN Codes that we will give. If the PIN/ZIP Code is in that list, show delivery is possible. Else show delivery is not possible. I will provide the list of PIN/ZIP Codes once we start with this project.
