Build an Online Store in magento

But now he failed to complete and he is not responding as well. Now site is not fully completed yet but design of the website is finilized by my client, Moreover Client do not have any source code to start pending work. In that case need to develop a new website in magento. Please check above link and try to include all the functionality of that website and also need to add below functionlity in website. 1-Request a driver 2-GPS locator 3-SMS notification 4-Estimated time of arrival (ETA) 5-Driver/ buyer age verification (photo ID)(Registration)(1-buyer, 2-store, 3-Driver) 6-New store registration NOTE:all above 6 points will be created on product detail page. Now need to create a whole new magento website with all above features. Please give me your best quote for this requirement. important note : This is already delayed because of previous developer fiiled to complete. Need to finish this ASAP.
