No opportunists. We will only accept experienced team or freelancer, not because of your great feedback. We need to test the concept of creating Twilio based PHP IVR with following elements: 1. Choose options (1,2,3,4) to route to different menu (welcome prompt is played, caller presses 1 - another prompt is played) 2. Connect to MySQL server and do a SELECT and INSERT statements (we have these) 3. Send SMS to callers number at one of the options (when caller presses 3 - "We have now sent the SMS to your number") 4. Transfer a call to another number (when caller presses 4- route the call to predefined number e.g. 01344 512 086) 5. When caller presses 2 - automated speech recognition records (ASR) for 15 seconds, then reads back to caller what was recognised as a text to speech. Please only bid if you know what Twilio is.
