Build a Website

I am looking for a simple php script, no design work or anything else. I need a php script that builds a MySQL database as follows: (1) I input a first name and last name and a year range (defaulting 1900-present). (2) It searches the District Civil/Criminal Records under "Search by Attorney" using the first and last name I input (e.g. "William Smith") and a year range (e.g. "2012-2015," but defaulting 1900-present) at this website: [login to view URL] (3) It gathers all cases and relevant information for the specified years, including all case numbers (in separate records attached to the attorney name), each case number will have the attached plaintiff and defendant info, case name, date filed, location, type of case, status of case, etc. (4) It then opens the link to each case number and gather all data about each case, including each defendant's name, the attorneys representing the plaintiffs and defendants, The Dispositions, the Other Events and Hearings, etc. (5) After it gathers all of this information, it cross-checks each of the names of each plaintiff or defendant with the NV Bar "Find a Lawyer" to determine if the person is a lawyer and gets their bar number and contact information if they are a lawyer. In other words, the structure of the database should be something like: Tables: Searches (ID, attorney names, years) Case (ID, Searches ID link, case numbers, case style, defendants' names, date filed, location, type of case, status of case, cross-reference number, etc... all case identifying info) Defendant (ID, Case ID link, defendant's name, attorney for Defendant, phone number of their lawyer, Is a Lawyer?, Bar No., Contact Info) Plaintiff (ID, Case ID link, defendant's name, attorney for Plaintiff, phone number of their lawyer, Is a Lawyer?, Bar No., Contact Info) Case Event (ID, Case ID link, whether it is a disposition, event or hearing, and the related text)
