Build a deal/coupon website

Hello, i’m looking to have a website created that posts deals of product that go on sale. Those deal posts will send traffic to the online merchant via affiliate link and earn a comission for the site when a purchase is made. To actual product is sold on the website, traffic is redirected via affiliate link to other merchants. A few examples of similar websites are as follows: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The 4 main components: 1) HOMEPAGE: shows all the current deals in an abbriviated version. It will also show popular coupons available for other stores as well as articles. 2) PRODUCT SPECIFIC PAGE: when you click on a deal, it will take you to a “product specific page” where details of the deal are posted. This section will have more photos, more details, a “buy now” button that will take the buyer to the product via affiliate link and a discussion forum section where users can discuss the particular deal. It will also have a section that shows coupons related for the store this deal is for. It will also have a section that will show current related deals to the product. So the website needs to have tagging/categorizing capabilities in order to cross sell other items in the same category and show other coupons of the same store. 3) CATEGORY PAGES: available deals should not only be available on the home page but also available via sorting by category. In other words, if you’re only interested in “electronics” deals, there should be a category page for “electronics” that shows all the electronics deals with the most recent on top. Further categorizing should be available as well via sub-categories, so if someone goes to “electronics” category, they should also be able to sort by sub-categories such as cameras, computers, computer accessories etc. 4) COUPON PAGE: Some people only look for coupons to their favorite stores without any particular deal they want. So there will be a coupon section to the website. The page will show currently available coupons sorted by online store. There are three different types of coupons: a) coupon codes - codes are posted where you can copy the code to the clipboard then click on the affiliate link and paste the code during checkout b) just an affiliate link link to a particular sale to a website where no coupon code is required c) printable coupon - ability to print an in-store coupon In addition, the site will need the following: - a newsletter signup - an alert function so that a user can set a keyword such as “ipad” and when a deal is posted about ipad it alerts the user via email or other alert function. - a way for a user to submit a deal via an entry form that will be reviewed by the administrator and if approved can be posted. - each deal should have a “share” button to share a deal via email/social media, an “alert” button to alert the site that a deal might be over, a “favorites” button to save in a favorites folder, - possibly a cashback feature, where the purchase is tracked and once our comission is paid from retailer that a portion of our comission is paid back to the user. In other words if the site earns a 3% comission, 1% of the 3% collected would be paid out to the user, maybe in the form of a gift card of their choice or paypal.
