I need a simple comment/rating system for my website. The whole system needs to tie in with my current database. Comments/rating require user's email to be validated before comment is posted. Only 1 comment/rating per IP/User for that page. The website is using bootstrap CSS and up to date jquery. When comments/rating are submitted, I want it to be done asynchronously. Please make sure to have XSS/MySQL injection security in place as well. Thanks - Budget $60
