Change Joomla download to AWS account, add to menus

I have an older joomla site that I need a few things.
Our bandwidth is getting slaughtered by large download files, so we need to move a series of large downloads to AWS server. I can move the 5 gigs of files, but I need the links updated on the joomla site to allow the downloads to happen there.
Next, the "download" page needs to be added to a couple of menus in the site.
Pretty simple but I need a bit of assistance with it.
