I'm interested about this project, but I need to know more details before I can give adequate bid. Do you only need some scripts that should be executed at predefined time and which will create last week/month videos or do you need complete solution including designing web pages with player etc.? Also important thing is how images are stored (file names, all in one folder or separated by camera name, ...) and what can be used for producing videos (ffmpeg, vlc, ...).
