Compare values in DB with phash

I have a DB table one which includes images with their MH phash value.
I have another DB table which includes images that are potentially similar to the images of the first DB (with their MH phash value). There can be established a connection between the images of the first and second DB (thus, it can be seen to which image of the first DB a picture of the second DB could be similar).
What I need is:
- Script compares the MH phash values and puts its similarity score to a field in the second DB.
