I would like to develop a complete Complete Hospital Management System in PHP with all the possible features. The details are listed below:
Module 1: Patients record (Both OPD & IPD Patients)
HMS maintains complete patients history like date of admission & discharge, treatment, doctor appointments, medication etc. Patients record is searchable by name , date, treatment or doctor’s name.
Patients on Panel Solution, Patients on any Company's Panel should have separate [login to view URL] should be an alert system in case of any patient's payment increases the advance payment made by him whether he is on any company's panel or not.
We also would like to display patient's No. On the LED so that each patient should know his number.
Module 2: Lab Reports Record
This module will be developed to save lab reports of all the patients.
Reports will be saved in descending order i.e. most recent reports get displayed first and then the previous reports.
Lab reports will be searchable by Patient’s name, date, report name & doctor’s remarks.
Module 3: Pharmaceutical records
This module keeps all the medicines record including their expiry date, cost & company name [login to view URL] will be searchable by name, code or company’s name.
Module 4: Employees record
In this module, complete record of the employees can be [login to view URL] will be searchable by their names, designation & commission etc.
Financial Module:
The admin should get the summary of all the income & expenses. Monthly & Yearly reports should be generated.
Manager, receptionist and other staff should not be to access Financial module or any other module which the admin does not want a certain employee to access.
Your milestone Payment will be released upon completion & testing of each module.1 week time will be required to test each module and then your payment will be released.
