CONTACT MANAGER
We are looking for a custom built contact manager. Attached is a spreadsheet which has a basic diagram of what we are looking for. Please note there are multiple tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
We would need the database to be accessible online. Other features would be for it to be mobile ready and sections of the database to be printer friendly and exportable to excel.
Basic functions we are looking for include:
- Add/edit/delete new contacts to the database
- Search function as designated in the attachment
- Quick reports link to pre-determined searches
- A calendar feature where tasks can be scheduled. Tasks would be scheduled by day, not hour. And a look into the past and future of the calendar
- Additional features you will see on “Main Log In” tab
- Throughout the tabs you will see green “plus” icons. What we want is the ability to add multiple entries for a single entry. Phone numbers, email addresses, etc. Each contact can have multiple “Inquires” as shown in tabs “Insert New Contact” and “ Contact Record”. The same goes for the “Contact Log”. If we have a new update to make, we simple click the “Plus” sign and it allows for a new entry for that contact
- All drop-down menus should have an “add” option, which will allow us to add to the drop down menu as we desire to.
- One menu, labelled “Multiple select drop-down” for stores, should allow for multiple selections to be made, as well as “add”. A typical drop-down style menu with check boxes next to it would be preferred
- NOT IN THE DIAGRAM, is the ability where we can choose to include or exclude “inactive” contacts.
- NOT IN THE DIAGRAM, is the ability to upload a document to each Contact. This would be labelled “NDA” and we need the ability to upload one, delete one and view/download one.
We are open to your suggestions as well helpful features.
We will more than likely add features to this contact manager down the road, but we just want to start with something small and simple and then build on it from there.
