Currently, there are some custom autoresponders set up on our site by our previous developer. These autorespondesr deal with things like sign-ups, customer receipts and repeat customer coupons. We're looking to have these switched to ArpReach for better management. In addition, we'd like our unsubscribe and newsletter subscribe forms to be synched with Arp with a double opt-in.
