Costum video player

Hi, i have a wordpress website with video files which i host on google drive and i embed them on my website. What i would like to do is to add a layer /div above the google video player and on this layer/div i would like to place 300×250 pixel ADs (you'll find the AD code in the attachment). User must click the AD (not anywhere on this layer/div but exactly on the AD) in order for this layer/div to disappear so he could watch a video. There should be no other way to close the div/layer with the AD, no close buttons. Also when you pass with your mouse above the google player you will get "Pop-out" icon ([login to view URL]), this also must be sorted out not to show because user can easily click it then and avoid the layer/div with the AD. Google uses HTML5 player and it's playable on all browsers and devices, it should remain this way! The AD should also work on all devices/browsers the same. This is how i imagine it to look: [login to view URL] So i have added additional white layer above the AD 300×170 with the instruction text. I've used Stag book font. Instruction say: "Posjetite jednog od naših sponzora i otključajte film!" Since i need this for the wordpress you must make this to be easily usable for me, such as plugin or some shortcode. I can offer 150$ for this project.
