Create a Content Locker [;ugin for Wordpress

We are looking for someone to create a Content Locker-style Wordpress plugin.
The Wordpress plugin will "lock" (or hide) specific content on a page by wrapping it in shortcode (user should be able to easily select from available content lockers from Wordpress Visual Editor toolbar):
In order for the "locked" content to be "unlocked" and shown to the user, one of the following methods must be used:
+ user should share the content via a Facebook share
+ user should refer people to the content which unlocks when the referrer gains enough "referral points"
