Hi, we require a simple app to made for ios that enables users to "mark a hazard location" on a road map with voice command or touch. Once marked the location is marked for all app users. When a user comes near "marked hazard location" it automatically sends notification voice.

If multiple users marke similar location, the "marked hazard location" groups them together.
