We would like to build a custom website with a WordPress content management system. The site must also be mobile-friendly.
We will provide the domain and hosting account, and it will include control panel access and phpMyAdmin.
This site is for rental of linens (napkins, table cloths, and so on) for events like weddings or meetings. The owner is very particular about aesthetics and will want to make sure that the site has a very elegant look and feel. The colors are pink and gray.
The site will have several unique features:
• it will need to calculate delivery cost, based on a flat-rate per city
• it will need to integrate with Google calendar to check the set-up team's availability
• as it is a rental site, it will note number of products in inventory but will NOT remove items from inventory
• it will need to link to PayPal for payment processing
I have attached a rough draft of the site's flow chart. This is subject to minor changes, but no significant features will be added.
I have also included rough layouts. These layouts are NOT final. They will be finalized before programming will begin. I will provide all graphics needed. As I mentioned, the owner is looking for something very clean and elegant.
The company owner has also requested that steps of the ordering process "slide" off the page as they are complete. I realize this is not standard. You may provide this as a separate, optional cost.
Please note: This is a first draft. If you see ways to improve on a function, that is open for discussion. The final design, however, is something that the owner will want to adhere to.
ALSO, I do not know the correct price for this project. Please bid at an honest, high quality cost. Please note, that may be higher or lower than what I have selected.

Thank you for the PDF to give the process flow of the linen management. However, it does explain the front-end but not the back end functions. So, do we need to create it during the SRS making process ?
The three order-step pictures have given the idea of the design implementation in the Wordpress.
I would suggest :
1. Responsive design with the help of Bootstrap and of course HTML5.
2. the paypal integration needs API key, so please provide it during the development from your end.
