Create a Wordpress Review Template

I would like a theme designing for a wordpress website. The theme must be responsive and work on all devices. It will be a review type theme and I don't mind you using a current review theme and editing it as you see fit for my needs. I would like it to be compatible with these popular plugins and features: Visual Composer Review System ( User support too ) Yoast SEO Shortcodes Responsive & Retina Right sidebar widgets The website must be quick to load too on all devices. I have two websites for you to view for design ideas so you can see how I would like mine.
