Create a Wordpress Template

I am looking for a PHP developer with strong wordpress experience to customize a off the shelf product to match the business requirements. The candidate should have extensive experience in Wordpress, experience in create child theme and make customisations, Work with My sql database, Understand the data model and update the existing database without breaking the existing functionalities, Knowledge in configuring 2 factor authentications, payment gateways. Designing experience is must and ability to change the layout. At a high level following features need to added to an existing fully functional product without disturbing the existing features (by creating a child theme), 1. Capture various details of users (8 screens with different field input, upload options), backend/admin provisions for handling/approving this information 2. Enable OTP functionality and configure two factor authentication and verification status need to be maintained in the database 3. Scheduling feature using calender function and maintaining schedule information in various screens [login to view URL] provision to upload static data in database, Using the static data in the front end in different screens [login to view URL] & Layout changes 6. Create various reports 7. Also my product comes with an android web app, this needs to be converted to Android native app.
