This particular project involves construction of a diary that much of the standard but goes somewhat beyond this. Actually the soft ware version of this has been begun already and so I have quite clear guidelines. After the software app runs efficiently versions will need to be constructed to run on other operating systems. I have good experience in Phonegap apps, and as here the requirement is to run the app in different platforms, I think, Phonegap is the best option. Using it, one single app can run in android, iphone, and windows and in desktop also.
