Create a feature on a WooCommerce site for downloading freebies

Hi,
I'm using WooCommerce on my site and I want a special feature to be made that is similar to the one you see on this site: [url removed, login to view]
At the moment, on my site there's a button that says "buy now" for a product. When the price is set to 0, the button should change to "Get the freebie". You will have to do this.
What I want exactly is to have a popup activated when the user clicks on "Get the freebie", similar to the one on that site. In that popup, the user should enter his email to get the popup. After he enters his email address and clicks on "Get link", an email should be sent to him with the download link for that freebie.
The email he receives should look similar to the one you receive from the example site.
His email address should be registered in the database in a table. We should be able to export that table to a .txt from wp-admin.
Also, if a person enters his email more than once to download multiple freebies, his email address should be added just once in the database table to avoid duplicates.
On the email input, we should have a validator so that people enter email addresses, not just random text.
To put it simple, the interaction and implicitly the feature that I want should look and act like the one from the example page.
