Hi There The main purpose is to develop a web app on Cisco-Tropo (Cloud API for voice and messaging) to create an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) for a business with only 2 menu options. So I need someone preferable with previous experience with Tropo ([login to view URL]). The people I'm requiring is a dev with very good knowledge in Javascript or PHP (preferable JS). And I also need someone with customer service experience to record a professional greeting message for the business new IVR and any other voice message required to get the IVR up and running (perfect English required). Hopefully I can find this 2 people in the same team. This is a very simple and easy task for any good Javascript developer as it will only require a few lines of code (10 max). I will contact applicants for a short interview, via chat or skype. If you cannot handle an interview please do not apply. I will only provide further details of the project to the awarded team, not during the interview. Finally, the budget for this simple project is around AU$60. No need to propose unrealistic ones.
