Create a way to connect via ADB over internet without opening ports

I have installed an ADB client on a web server and I have a php script on the same web server that detects the public IP and connects to an Android device ADB server over the Internet and then runs some ADB commands to the same Android device, everything works great but you need to open port 5555 on the router where the Android device is connected to the internet, I need to find a way to do this without needing to open any ports from the router, if you could come up with an alternative and work on that let me know what could be done.
