Sto cercando un programmatore per costruire un sito web per un'agenzia immobiliare. L'agenzia dispone già di un backoffice di caricamento multiplo su più siti (tutti in ASP) in 7 lingue diverse e vuole aggiornare il sistema verso qualcosa di più nuovo e snello. Desideriamo creare un CMS ad hoc per il backoffice con caricamento proprietà semplice e veloce con determinate funzionalità e, appunto, la possibilità di pubblicare lo stesso annuncio su più siti contemporaneamente in base al tipo di proprietà. Il sito sarà disegnato a livello grafico e dovrà, ovviamente, essere responsive e non pesante. Le richieste sono più o meno quelle di quasi tutti i siti di immobiliari: ricerca proprietà per area e per caratteristiche, moduli con mappe, piantine, gallery fotografica, generazione pdf proprietà, numero di immobili presenti sempre visibile, inserimento tag, modulo informazioni per ogni proprietà (con il numero di proprietà di riferimento), caricamento multiplo immagini, inserimento video, sito multilingua, etc. Attendiamo un preventivo per poter collaborare con un programmatore con cui costruire passo passo questo progetto. Noi ci occuperemmo solo della parte grafica del sito.
